After completing your order, you will receive two documents: the Ticket Reservation and the Access Passes.

Ticket Reservation:

This document is sent immediately after completing the booking process and submitting visitor details. It confirms your reservation for the selected date and time slot.

Access Passes (Tickets):

These will be sent according to the following schedule:

• For visits more than 30 days away: Tickets will be sent within 30 days before your visit.
• For visits within 30 days: Tickets will be sent within 48 hours.
• For next-day reservations: Tickets will be sent at least 1 hour before the scheduled entry time.
• For same-day reservations: Tickets will be sent within 30 minutes after your order is placed and visitor details are submitted.

Fast-Track Access Tickets grant direct entry without the need to access the virtual ticket office at the Sagrada Familia entrance to check for availability, which may be limited. These tickets ensure a faster and more convenient visit and may also include tower access, a guided tour in multiple languages, or a digital audio guide, depending on the selected option.

If tickets for the Sagrada Familia are sold out on your desired date, you will need to select an alternative date.

Since daily ticket availability is limited, we strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your entry.

Ticket Sagrada Familia is not responsible for circumstances that prevent the use of tickets, such as natural disasters, strikes, medical issues, or personal reasons.
