TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Definitions and Scope
- TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIA: The name of the portal from which you access our service.
- CUSTOMER: Any individual or entity interested in purchasing electronic Access Passes.
- Access Passes: The entrance fee to the Sagrada Familia, including credit card fees and TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIA service fees (optional: Park Güell and/or Casa Batlló tickets).
2. General Conditions and Acceptance
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIA through its website https://ticketsagradafamilia.com. The CUSTOMER acknowledges these terms and agrees to abide by them when using our reservation system.
By proceeding with a booking, the CUSTOMER accepts these terms and agrees to be bound by them. It is the CUSTOMER’s responsibility to stay informed about these terms before completing a purchase.
3. Access Passes Terms
- Access Passes to Sagrada Familia are personal and nominative.
- Access Passes to Sagrada Familia are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Access Passes are only valid upon presenting an identity document, the printed electronic ticket, and, if applicable, a valid student card.
- A CUSTOMER booking a student-discounted Access Pass must provide a valid student card containing the mandatory details required by the Fundación Junta Constructora del Templo Expiatorio de la Sagrada Familia, El Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, or Casa Batlló SLU.
- A CUSTOMER booking a child-discounted Access Pass must provide a valid passport to verify the child’s age.
- TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIA will send the Access Passes via email only if all visitor details and required documents are provided.
- The CUSTOMER authorizes TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIA to book the Access Passes on their behalf.
- The CUSTOMER understands and accepts that TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIA cannot process an order if any required visitor information is incomplete or missing.
- Once visitor details are received, ticket reservation and access passes will be according to the ticket delivery process below.
- If the issuing authority does not yet allow the generation of PDF tickets for a specific period, TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIA will initiate the internal booking process and send the tickets once they become available.
- The CUSTOMER understands and accepts that they cannot cancel or modify their order once the internal booking process has started.
4. Ticket Delivery Process
After completing your order, you will receive two documents: the Ticket Reservation and the Access Passes.
Ticket Reservation:
This document is sent immediately after completing the booking process and submitting visitor details. It confirms your reservation for the selected date and time slot.
Access Passes (Tickets):
These will be sent according to the following schedule:
- For visits more than 30 days away: Tickets will be sent within 30 days before your visit.
- For visits within 30 days: Tickets will be sent within 48 hours.
- For next-day reservations: Tickets will be sent at least 1 hour before the scheduled entry time.
- For same-day reservations: Tickets will be sent within 30 minutes after your order is placed and visitor details are submitted.
5. Entry Time and Access Passes
In certain high-demand time slots, the entry time selected during the booking process will be considered the required arrival time at the entrance of the site. In these cases, the official access passes issued may display a time that is 15 minutes later than the time selected at checkout.
This system is in place to ensure smooth operations, allowing sufficient time for security checks and minimizing delays.
Customers will receive two documents:
- A booking confirmation indicating the arrival time
- An access pass showing the official entry time
This rule applies equally to all customers and does not entitle any visitor to a refund, modification, or exception due to misunderstanding of the entry process. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrive at the site at the time indicated in the booking confirmation.
6. Pricing and Fees
- The price of the Access Passes includes:
- The official entrance fee.
- Credit card processing fees.
- TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIA service fees.
- TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIA service fees are additional charges that cover ticket issuance, email delivery, and and other administrative procedures.
- The CUSTOMER agrees to pay any additional costs incurred for paid modifications or cancellations.
- Credit card fees and TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIA service fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, including site closures due to security or health reasons.
7. Ticket Modifications and Cancellations
- Access Passes to Sagrada Familia cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
- Once an Access Pass is issued, modifications to date, time, passport numbers, names, or nationality are not possible.
- If a selected Access Pass type is unavailable, the CUSTOMER agrees to receive an alternative of equivalent value.
- The issuing authorities reserve the right to modify entry times without prior notice.
- The CUSTOMER agrees not to open claims, disputes, or post negative reviews if TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIAadheres to these terms.
- If a chargeback dispute is initiated, the CUSTOMER forfeits any refund granted as a goodwill gesture and agrees to pay all associated fees.
8. Entry Conditions
To access the Sagrada Familia or Park Güell, the CUSTOMER must present:
- A printed copy of their Access Pass.
- The original passport or identity document used for booking.
- A physical student card (if applicable). Paper-based student IDs are not accepted.
Other conditions include:
- Access is only valid for the specified date and time.
- Visitors must keep their Access Pass throughout their visit.
- Entry may be denied to anyone under the influence of alcohol or substances.
- Visitors displaying inappropriate behavior may be refused entry.
- The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Any type of weapon.
- Flammable substances.
- Animals (except service animals).
- Loudspeakers or any device that disrupts the experience.
9. Discounts for Minors and Students
- Children (0-10 years old): Must provide a valid passport or ID card.
- Students: Must present a valid student card containing:
- Full name and photo.
- A single-year validity date (multi-year cards are not accepted).
- University or school name.
- Plastic material (paper cards are not accepted).
- Graduate, master’s, and doctoral students are not eligible.
- If a CUSTOMER fails to provide valid documents, they will not receive a refund but can upgrade to an adult ticket at an additional cost.
10. Payment Terms
- Prices are listed in Euros (EUR).
- Additional payment method fees are set by the respective providers.
- If collection efforts are required, the CUSTOMER agrees to cover all legal and administrative costs incurred.
11. Exclusion of Liability
TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIA is not responsible for any situation preventing the use of Access Passes, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, strikes, personal emergencies, or other force majeure events.
- CUSTOMER failure to provide required details or documents on time.
- Incorrect personal details submitted by the CUSTOMER.
- Issues arising from incorrect email addresses provided during booking.
- CUSTOMER failing to check their email inbox/spam folder for ticket delivery.
By booking through TICKET SAGRADA FAMILIA, the CUSTOMER confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
